Outstanding service! RV Wise performed maintenance on my Aqua Hot system and they were very knowledgeable and thorough. Melvin and Nancy were really professional - they even found and fixed a problem with a switch that had been there since the dealer serviced the unit previously. I would highly recommend them for RV service - I will definitely call them again for my service needs!

I cannot say enough good things about Nancy and Melvin. They came out and showed me how to operate my camper, but they went above and beyond just that. They essentially did a mini inspection, and showed me every single thing about what I needed to know to operate and maintain the camper. They also left me with a document/checklist that I can reference in the future in case I forgot anything. Most importantly they were so kind and professional. It felt like having two friends come over to show me the ropes. If I ever need anything in the future I will definitely contact them. I could not have asked for anything better. We needed to replace a couple vents in our 5th wheel. This business actually answered the phone. Gave us a written estimate and scheduled the work for the next day. We also needed repaired cracks in roof caused by sun damage. Gave us good advice for future. I would highly recommend this business.

Recently, I had the opportunity to work with Melvin from RVWise RV Repair on several specific issues with my RV. Melvin proficiently installed a Max Air vent and put in a new fresh water fill along with its accompanying tubing. He also took care of the city water inlet replacement and corrected a light installation that I had previously done incorrectly. Beyond his evident technical expertise, Melvin displayed a calm and friendly demeanor throughout the process. His genuine honesty added an additional layer of trust to the experience.
